Participants joined artist Deborah Porter @coreartjournaling for a series of 8 x art journalling sessions. An art for all process that will be inspired with objects from the Wessex Archaeology archive with input from archaeologists and specialists. We explored the stories of the objects and use these as a starting point to connect with our own personal moments using art journalling for wellbeing. Developing different ways to be creative using fun mixed media techniques and express ourselves through mark making, collage, and the written word.
