Group Guidelines

We have a duty of care to support everyone on the course and to ensure it remains a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space at all times.
To help us achieve this, we have developed a set of Well-City Salisbury Group Guidelines that we ask all participants to follow. These guidelines will be shared at the enrolment stage, revisited at the start of the course, and referred to throughout, to help support everyone’s wellbeing, learning and overall experience.
  • We are here to enjoy positive, creative, and fun activities together.
  • Everyone helps to create a safe, friendly, and welcoming space.
  • We support each other’s creativity and offer encouragement.
  • We know we can ask for support if we need it, and we don’t judge others for asking.
  • We respect each other’s choice to speak or stay quiet.
  • We listen to each other and our facilitators with respect.
  • We value the viewpoints and experiences of others, even if they’re different to our own.
  • We respect the confidentiality of anything shared within the group.
  • We treat everyone in the group with fairness, equality, dignity, and respect.
  • We are committed to creating an inclusive space for everyone. Racist, discriminatory, or hurtful language or behaviour is not acceptable within the group.
  • We respect the privacy of others in the group, including facilitators, and artists social media accounts. This may mean that they choose to not respond to comments and messages.
  • We celebrate our achievements, together and individually.
