Drawing on Salisbury District Hospital’s History Collection, participants explored how care was delivered in the past through archival materials, historical objects and visits to various hospital departments. Inspired by these stories and contemporary artists, they created individual responses and collaborative artworks. The course also included a visit to Petersfield Physic Garden to learn about plants with medicinal properties, deepening their understanding of healing practices past and present.
